Membership Terms
Membership Access Your membership provides access to The Eternal Path private community, monthly live Q&A sessions, member pricing on all Eternal K9 services, priority booking for board-and-train, trainer support, and quarterly events. Access begins immediately upon enrollment.
Billing Your first monthly payment is due at enrollment and secures your membership and begins your 3 month minimum commitment. Subsequent payments are billed on the 1st of each month. All memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment. Eternal K9 reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days notice.
Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time after your initial 3 month commitment has been fulfilled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the month. Cancellations requested before the 3 month minimum is fulfilled will be honored at the end of the third billing cycle.
Refunds Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to membership benefits please contact us directly.
Code of Conduct The Eternal Path community is built on respect, curiosity, and heart. Members are expected to engage with kindness and integrity. Eternal K9 reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is harmful to the community without refund.
Service Discounts Member pricing applies to services booked while the membership is active. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed services.
Changes to Membership Eternal K9 reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice to members.
